Should you enable FileVault on a MBP 2019 with the T2 chip? It has an SSD and I believe the T2 is a security chip as well. But being a laptop could be lost, left etc. It would be protected also with touchID and find my Mac, but suppose could either if lost be reformatted or SSD removed etc
